>>>Personal Profile

Dr. Li Guozhen has dedicated nearly two decades to the field of rhinoplasty and congenital deformity repair. He is particularly skilled in rhinoplasty and repair, focusing on breakthroughs in both nasal functional reconstruction and aesthetic reshaping. He precisely repairs issues such as collapsed nasal alar bases and deviated nasal septums, tailoring nasal morphology to each patient for a “natural, harmonious, and functional” result. His structural transplantation techniques minimize complications and the probability of further repair. With his rich clinical experience, meticulous surgical style, and rigorous and responsible attitude, he has successfully won the favor and support of countless patients!

>>>Areas of expertise

Rhinoplasty: Autologous cartilage rhinoplasty, hump/deviated nose correction, long/short nose reshaping, large nose tip reduction, alar retraction correction, and various other rhinoplasty procedures such as the “natural” or “mother’s nose” augmentation. High-difficulty rhinoplasty revision: Reconstruction of nasal folds after multiple failed rhinoplasty surgeries and for complex cases; repair of contracted noses; reconstruction of nasal subunits such as alar, tip, columella, septal perforation, and nasal sill loss; correction of nasal valve stenosis and breathing difficulties; scar revision: tissue (flap/mucosa) transplantation for repair, reconstruction, and regeneration; scar surgery correction and wound repair. Color retention techniques: Congenital cleft lip and palate correction combined with nasal deformities.
Congenital auricular deformity correction (correction of cryptotia, tubular auria, and protruding auricle, etc.) and auricular reconstruction surgery

>>>Surgical concept

The ultimate goal of restoration is to conceal imperfections within nature, allowing breathability and beauty to coexist. Each surgery is based on anatomical repositioning and guided by individualized aesthetics, achieving a harmonious unity of function and form through millimeter-level precision. Rejecting the “one-size-fits-all” approach, we insist on a “one-plan-per-life” philosophy, making each restoration a starting point for rebuilding confidence.
